RESCHEDULE & CANCELLATION:
• Deposits are non-refundable and 72-hour notice is required to reschedule (emergencies, illness, or weather included).
• Deposits are forfeited if you cancel, no-show, arrive 15+ minutes late, or reschedule more than twice (3rd request will result in an automatic cancellation).
• Substantial design changes may result in rescheduling or cancellation.
• Rescheduling with less than 72 hours' notice may forfeit part or all of your deposit if we cannot fill your spot.
• Arriving under the influence or without ID will result in cancellation and forfeiture.
• Deposits cannot be transferred to another individual. For rare circumstances where a refund is issued, the maximum refund amount is 50% of the deposit to cover professional time, art preparation, consultations, scheduling, etc.
• In the event your artist needs to cancel the appointment, they will provide you with rescheduling options. If you are unable to reschedule , the appointment will be fully cancelled. If you accept the reschedule option, 100% of your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.

DEPOSITS | PAYMENTS:
• A deposit is required to secure your appointment and this amount is applied to your tattoo session. Unless we have agreed on a different price range, Charlie’s rate is $180/hour & Korynn’s rate is $200/hour. Deposits range from $100-300.
CLIENT REQUIREMENTS:
• You must be 18+ with a valid photo ID. We can accept a driver's license, a passport or identification card issued by the DMV. A Consent Form/Release of Liability will be required to sign in the studio at the time of your appointment per Oregon law. Failure to bring your ID will result in cancellation.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:
• Please notify us of medical conditions, allergies, or special needs to ensure the best experience. The studio is located upstairs, if you are unable to use stairs please contact us prior to booking so we can make appropriate arrangements.
ART POLICY:
• By booking, you acknowledge that you have communicated your tattoo design idea to the artist and reviewed their portfolio. Creating a tattoo design based on a client's concept is subjective, and variations may exist between the concept and the finished design. If the design is not to your liking, minor changes may be made at the artist's discretion. However, substantial changes to the design or the request of an entirely new drawing may require a new appointment + the "Cancellation Policy" Fee; or half of the hourly rate will be charged to redraw a new draft at the appointment if time permits.
